PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Visa and Mastercard Orders:
Orders will be shipped immediately upon availability of item purchased.
Invoice Orders:
Shipment of invoiced items will occur immediately upon receipt of payment by personal check or credit union check.
Shipping and Handling Rates:
Shipping and handling is based upon total order value.

Sales Tax:
Alabama residents will be charged sales tax on all purchases in the amount of 7% on the total, exclusive of shipping costs.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. However, should items be damaged in shipping or if the inductee’s name is misspelled on an award certificate, any such item may be shipped by the recipient to Who’s Who in America’s Credit Unions, 5511 Highway 280, Suite 224, Birmingham, AL 35242, for a like or corrected replacement item at no additional cost for shipping the replacement item. Errors in the Who’s Who in America’s Credit Union Directory will, upon notification by the inductee, be corrected by including the inductee with corrected information in the next subsequent annual edition of Who’s Who in America’s Credit Unions. Although every effort is made to eliminate and minimize errors in the publication, errors sometimes do occur and are inherent in extensive biographical publications such as Who’s Who in America’s Credit Unions. Any error in the publication is unintentional and shall not constitute grounds for return or refund of the item.
